As a People Administrator, you will be an essential part of our People Operations team, ensuring smooth and efficient administration of HR processes. This role requires a proactive, confident individual who can work under pressure, challenge the status quo, and adapt to shifting priorities with ease. You’ll be at the heart of supporting our people function, from managing employee records to assisting with recruitment and helping implement HR policies.
Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Provide comprehensive administrative support for all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and drive efficiencies within HR processes, ensuring we continually adapt to meet the changing needs of the business.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies, benefits, and processes, providing timely and accurate information.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing by ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date, including absence management and benefits administration.
- Change Management: Be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, embracing and helping to drive changes across the HR function, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Communication: Assist with internal communication regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote transparency and clarity across the business.
- Project Support: Provide administrative support for HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and contributing ideas to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
Experience
- You have experience working in HR administration or a similar people-focused role.
- You thrive in a dynamic setting and are able to think on your feet and adapt quickly to new challenges.
- You have excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- You’re a natural communicator who builds relationships with ease and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- You have a proactive attitude, are comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and can maintain a positive outlook even when faced with tight deadlines.
