We're one of the oldest and largest housing associations in London. Following the merger with Family Mosaic in July 2017, the Peabody Group now owns and manages more than 55,000 homes across London and the South East, housing over 111,000 residents. We also have 8,000 care and support customers.
Peabody runs an extensive number of community programmes which are open to all Londoners.

Peabody draws on over 150 years of history and expertise. Our new, bigger organisation has been inspired by the response to the 'Cathy Come Home' era of poor quality housing and poverty in Post-War Britain as well as George Peabody's vision of providing safe and affordable housing for the working poor of Victorian London.
