EmployAbility is the not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting disabled students and graduates, who have dyslexia, any other disability, long term illness or mental health condition, to ease the transition from education to employment by offering free support, guidance and advice throughout the recruitment process and beyond. This includes guidance on how to make successful applications, approach interviews and assessment centres, and advice on disclosure of disability and adjustment requirements.
